Fan subscriptions (or fan subs) are available to Pages in Australia, Canada, UK, Brazil, Mexico, Thailand, India, Philippines, Italy, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bolivia, Argentina, Germany, Spain, Poland, Chile, Hong Kong, South Africa, Netherlands, Portugal, UAE and the US.

Your Page must also have 10,000 followers or 250+ return viewers and one of the following in the last 60 days:
50,000 post engagements
180,000 watch minutes
You can check your Page’s eligibility in Creator Studio > Monetisation.
You must be an admin in order to onboard a Page to fan subscriptions. The review typically takes 5-7 days and you’ll be notified directly once your status has been decided.
Facebook gaming creators: To use fan subscriptions for your gaming streams, you must be part of the Level Up programme and have 250+ return viewers. Learn more at fb.gg/levelup.
Outside these countries, fan subscriptions continue to be invitation-only.
